How bout creating a virtual tour to get more online foot traffic?

I see the lack-of-inventory here in DC as well but you will get some opportunities by the time you tour FL and AL & back. :)

You'll receive great information here but if your looking to see how others are putting things together attend property tours so you can learn about rehabs and the numbers. 

What the applicants now see during their tour is what they get.  

It came on the MLS, and I went and toured it within hours of it coming on the market.

Note that I am a complete newbie, and have zero previous experience in real estate investingRobyn tours the country teaching her methods on rehabbing.

., there are plenty of Chinese tour groups who come to see Disneyland.

Plus my wife and I even before getting into real estate investing would go to open houses and tour apartment complexes (pretending we needed to move) on date nights.

Tour looking in a good area from what I here in Dallas.the previous writer was pretty much right.
