Yes some sellers can lie about their property and have read that asking a seller for their reports of recent title checks, inspections and such is not allowed and one has to get their own done.

Now the question though lies on rentals.

For emotions are what lies at the core of this person.

Lying awake, unable to sleep one night I got up checked the list I had formatted for Click2Mail and at like 3am ordered my 300 letter postcard campaign. 

Globalization, technology, urban renewal countered by extreme land and building restrictions are having outsized effects on land values in cities like San Francisco, London, Paris, NYC, Hong Kong, Mumbai, etc.  

Legitimate...and did you have one done...or a lie to deceive sellers and skip out on the deal?

The numbers don't lie...so don't argue.

Tree removal (causing foundation and possibly plumbing issues)Re-sod backyard (big mud pit due to tree and dogs) along with french drain installation.all new flooringFull gut of at least one bathroom - probably bothFoundation issuesMyriad smaller repairs (broken doors and door frames, etc.)That's not minor cosmetic issues.Sorry, this is probably more of a rant than an actual question, but it is really annoying that the agent was so clearly lying to my face.
