I'm not sure if I should pursue that avenue, which will give me a high earnings potential and therefore allow me to qualify for more loans in the future, or just take the $40k I have and jump into a real estate career.

Seems like there's a big push by the state of MA to get more properties deleaded so hopefully that leads to a more transparent process in the future.

No matter what you pick in the Boston area the thing is that yes it will go up so why not try to get into the best future area that you can and see if you can hit it?  

We’re hoping to access some more of the money for d/p of future deals.

@Benjamin HabermanI believe reason it’s free there because most likely you will end up buying the title insurance from them and they’d make money that way plus they will make a long teem relationship with you for future business..

I also feel equally good about buying and selling Affordable rental properties given the future for inflation and growth.Did you read the minutes?
