I routinely have clients who ‘drag’ me around four counties one by one here in north western NJ.

This is a great way to learn the ropes in regard to rehabbing without having such strict deadlines.

We can run our business from a cell phone for 95% of what we need to do on a daily basis... but things break, tenants move out, you have to market to find new tenants, you have to research new deals, buildings need repairs and routine maintenance, etc. so know these things take time and effort. 

Too many Agents, fail to create routine in their day do not make that mistake. 

Do you routinely change locks between tenants?

I’m looking for a landscaping company that can do routine mowing and minimal additional landscaping work, such as trimming, mulching, and occasional new plantings.

After all, it’s strictly a “numbers game”!
