I don't have the funds right now to purchase a note, but thought working for a company would speed up the learning curve versus doing it on your own.

Just based on my opinion and what I see around when I travel.If market drops, I will speed up my buying but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Hello, I've been reading a lot about notes recently and I am trying to come up to speed on them.

@Tiffany S.Yea I have used the strategy +1 dozen times.  2 significant ways to create equity.....Buy below market value/below comps through negotiation, timing, network, fear, strategy, presentation, speed, terms. 

Tenants on regular duty have a Federal Exemption and can break the lease with recourse AND demand deposit returns (base upon conditions of course).I ran into the at Ft Campbell, TN and was a reason for me to backout of the purchase.Simile, wish them God's Speed and a safe return.

All in all it was a good purchase with a couple small speed bumps but nothing major.  

Don't expect speed, so I would get one unit up and going and get the heavy banging out of the way on the other units before trying to rent.

My concern - anytime you deal with the federal government it seems that speed is not a priority.
