Sure we can make them comply but it would be nice if they knew what was in their lease so we aren't the 'bad guy' enforcing aspects of the lease they were willfully unaware of.

But as others have commented, the city does have an “inspection process” that’s a pain in the *** and it’s kinda turned me off in that aspect but I’ll see what happens.

Athens does have a maximum allowed number of unrelated people to live under the same roof.
