Personally and this is just my opinion, but I am not a fan of 100% financing as gives you no liquidity and not many options if you needed to exit the deal for some reason. 

@Andres Gonzalez When it comes to wholesaling (whether real property or personal property), there are two main ways to do it.

It only applies to your homestead (personal home), and it amounts to less than $500 for most people, and doesn't go into effect until 2025.

Personally, I love anything by Robert Kiyosaki, with "Rich Dad Poor Dad" being the first of his books that I read.

Hostile means the person on the other property (mine) was using it without the knowledge of the well owner.

Where are you at in life and what do you want the money for/how much do you need? 

My insurance company won’t let me rent my 2 car garage or an office space that I have because it poses a “threat” of a non-tenant person coming onto the property and potentially posing harm to my residential tenants.

All that said, I would very much use the keypad as it just makes life generally easier for all. 

My husband and I started our real estate investing somewhat late in life.

I recommend buying it under your personal name.
