@Guy Idan  The basic problem I see for a person starting out in syndication deals, you often have a  $25K, $50K  minimum investment.

I feel like we are stalled out because it is too personal and we are emotionally attached at this point.

Comps don't take into account that everyone used to offer 2.5-3% commission, but now they don't feel they have to.

Originally I used Mint, then Personal Capital, followed by Mint again.

It’ll position you to have more cash available for future investments.In terms of setting up a real estate business, forming an LLC could provide liability protection and allow you to keep personal and business finances separate.

I personally am impressed by both Jack and Seth and I know the methods they teach work because several members of my group have had success with raw land investing using these methods as well as methods from the other programs available.

I personally would give the full 3 days if they make a huge issue about it just to reslove.

It feels so easy and like a dream!
