When I joined it was only $600 for a lifetime membership so I sprung for that.

I do know if you upgrade to the PRO membership here they have most of the forms and a whole lot of resources that you'll need, and by no way am I affiliated with any marketing for this platform.

Currently trying to convince myself that the PIG membership is worth it...I have not convinced myself yet.

Within my REI business I have spreadsheets for each property to track direct costs and another for  general business expenses like education, office supplies, BP membership, etc that is allocated between the properties at tax time.

Are there people here who don't have pro membership and are glad?

The membership shares are equal to the investment that each make.

This acts as collateral (in addition to the LLC membership and 50% of the assets owned by the LLC), and protects you a little more than just membership.
