But basically my experience has been C class D class or whatever but the lower levels of rentals are just way more work than they are worth unless your local hands on and really dig working with these folks and all their dramamy A class stuff other than one house that got hammered .. has been no problem .. but they just break even so the play there is tax advantages and mine were massive since I bought all of them for GOZONE section 179 benes in some of my high earning years..
