Nice fixtures,but cheap, and try and find fixture covers that will not break when the tenant drops it while replacing a bulb.No horizontal blinds but rather vertical blinds where we must provide window treatments, and always the same manufacturer so that we can maintain a stock of replacement parts.

I plan to visit a stone trade fair in Orlando in April to speak to stone manufacturers about pricing.

I wouldn't feel that way if I ever thought about going and getting a job.Now I own a manufactured home subdivision and sell with financing.

I have worked in the manufacturing business for 13 years and I am ready to make a career change.

All complimented with Amazon fulfillment centers, google, and more tech manufacturing jobs.The bad reputation comes from OOS investors wanting $20k D market properties.

@Skye Penland    I think DFW still looks strong....depending on your views I heard something the other day that I had not ever heard of before or thought of before, but one really good economic advisor said...if you are a company looking to put in a manufacturing plant, or some other type of business, do you want to go to NY, NJ, CA, Chicago, etc...that are very labor friendly or do you want to go to a right to work state like Texas?   

@Lindsey Run,I have a history of owning, buying, selling, and renting manufactured homes.

I currently work full time as a Maintenance Tech for a aerospace manufacturing company.

I work as an hourly skilled trades worker for a large agricultural manufacturer and have no plans of ever leaving my job.

I am isting a bank property on a manufactured home  on 6 acres it is 20 years old will need a new roof, about every wall has been punched through, carpet will need to be replaced, possibly no HUD plate as I didn't see it.
