Neighbors had pictures of those guys and stories of wrongdoings but, cops left with advice for me to initiate the legal process, they can't do much about it unless they catch them stealing or doing any wrongdoing.I got my LegalShield plan and tomorrow scheduled to get the handover of keys and accounting details from my ex-PM.

With two going into college, I am driven to grow more income through RE and would like to teach and inspire my daughters about building wealth through RE.

Long story short, I'm renting it out to my sister now for only 200/mo just to pay my expenses on it and I'm looking for a new investment property to buy so I've been looking into house hacking or a live-in flip.
