From my research, it felt like you were just paying extra for the brand name (and implied reliability).

None of it was to imply that you were doing anything unethical or otherwise.

It can be tempting for folks to try to stretch their capital into multiple doors by buying C-class or below, but you're going to be taking on a lot more work and lot more headache than the numbers imply.

One thing I'll mention for others reading this is that, while criminal convictions can be taken into account by landlords (and I do), it's not entirely accurate to say it's "no issue at all" as some have said/implied with regard to how they're taken into account. 

Ideally I'll find someone who's also a nutritionist and can work with a personal trainer to design my diet/work out plan.

The interviewer asked him if he used a personal trainer and why/ why not.

This implies the cash flow improves at a quicker rate than markets with lower rent appreciation.
