Thank you for making our point that there are a “select few”that do care and may be intentionally bias and because people are human and make mistakes I am sure you can also acknowledge that a “select few” are perhaps unintentionally bias. 

Obviously a whole sale dealer or realtor from Detroit will tell you the area is not that bad.

I recently met someone, who has become an amazing friend and is a great human.  

I TRULY do not understand you humans!!

That's the human factor of realizing he was overall a responsible tenant and did the best he could at that time. 

There are too many ways to save money without losing your compassion for your fellow human.

This should include references from a vet, up to date shots and a pet interview to determine whether or not the pet is human or animal aggressive.

We, as humans, tend to value things less when they cost us nothing.

Around me there are a lot of scratch-and-dent/used appliance dealers.I have a few that I like to go to and have a relationship with the dealer.

Borrower forgot to tell me they were meth dealers.
