Section 8 may feel like guaranteed money, but they can stop paying or pull back funds at any time for a variety of reasons.  

I feel like its not so bad to have a ton of debt if say you had a good pile of reserves for when you need it.

I have a feeling that it will be gone in a couple of days. 

But I feel like there is a lot involved that I don't know much about. 

I have gone through scenario after scenario and feel like I am not getting accurate numbers to go off of.
