It definitely took some extra negotiation because I wanted to price moved down, and I knew the Wholesaler was trying to get a bigger commission.

Without having more detailed info on what you plan to do with the money, I would aim to keep this investment condo. $400/mo isn't bad at.

However we would get into a lot of detail about that other SFH as the design is part of the permitting process.
