Has anyone else in New Jersey encountered this issue?

Knowing that banks do not allow homeowners to escrow once the mortgage is paid up (or if there's no mortgage to begin with) is a huge gap and leads to a lot of people either missing tax payments or sticker shock when the payments are due (since most people generally do not know how to save appropriately).The idea for my product would give people the same convenience as a traditional bank escrow account, with certain added benefits including: - higher offered interest rates (as opposed to close to 0 with traditional servicers)- lower 'cushion' needed (meaning, less cash sitting in the account)- ability to use multiple modes of payment (e.g., credit card, crypto, etc)- ability to use the account as a general savings account with high yield as an optionHoping to get some input/feedback.

That's just about the scenario I encountered.

It can ONLY be accessed by walking through the bathroom.Has anyone encountered something like this before? 

I encountered 2 lis pendens properties this past year.

Wouldn't want to offer a "what would be necessary" comment as the requirements could be quite costly...I had thought that my approaching the Zoning Inspector would be better than having an attorney doing so, as I suspect most people "suck up tight" when approached by an attorney rather than simply having a conversation with the property owner; he has probably encountered many attorneys in his capacity, though.  

Mostly in Australia though I do have one or two that I have encountered along the way

@Brendan C.If you have a registered "Doing Business As" (DBA) name for your business, you should be able to have that associated with the bank account for the business.I've not encountered a bank that will not allow - or frankly encourage/insist - opening a small business account for a sole proprietorship ... but I've not dealt with a proprietorship for some time.   

My point of contact at the title company has been doing this for over 20 years and never encountered this situation.

Does anyone know of an inspector in the L.A. area who specializes in this who could check out the foundation, plus give us insight on any other issues we might encounter with construction of this type?
