If you aren't paying cash for the properties, you aren't buying in an LLC unless you are using a DSCR loan or other non-homeowner loan.

The One vaccine that was  filled was filled internally by our office and that was a smoke shop. 

I factored the cost of that capital into my calculations from the start (working the numbers backwards from the ARV to the purchase price)(this also encouraged me to buy the properties at a lower cost).
