Just finished reading “ Investing In Real Estate with no or low money down “ , any other good reads out there for a beginner yet to invest ?

I just landed a good job at a large engineering company, but the housing market is expensive here in Flagstaff, AZ, making the barrier to entry difficult for beginner investors.

Hi YvetteI'm a beginner, so I don't know much yet. 

I'd recommend starting with the Ultimate Beginner's Guide or any of the books in the Bookstore, both linked at the top of the page.
