So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

I did make a trip to Detroit and drove around neighborhoods to realize 'every block is different'.Its still sounds lucrative wrt ROI, but with concerns of- Property taxes : probably most complicated of all states- Home insurance is too high- Property management is too variable, anywhere from 6-12%.

That is not me - I can connect you :-) And maybe focus on just one market or you will spread yourself too thin - I can not imagine analyzing deals for multiple states all at once.

I needed all of them RE license to sell RE Mortgage to do private loans in the states that require it.. and contractors to build the homes I am building and then on top of that I have a developers license in Oregon ( no test required just a money grab And when I was figuring out what I wanted to do I got my pilots license around 20 too.. as I really wanted to be an airline pilot.. but alas in those days it was very hard to get hired not like today.

@Michael Hearn2 questions right back at you.1. you state you would "put [the proceeds from the sale] toward the new mortgage" - and i get the temptation to do that with what seems like a high interest rate.
