Currently I am living in my home that I have purchased in 2011 and now it has accumulated about 200K in equity but I do not know what to do with it.

You do your own due diligence and make the decisions.Making $150 to $200 a property is not changing your life in any manner unless you accumulate 20 SFR's and make them debt free as well.

Otherwise, I am accumulating cash in order to take advantage of the inevitable dip, in the next year or 3. 

Move every year for 10 years and accumulate between 20-40 units.

I would invest any spare cash (savings from your job, or cash flow from the upstairs unit) into a reserve fund for any major repairs that may come up down the road and then, secondly, to start accumulating cash for a second property.

I've been a landlord since 2009 and slowly accumulated 3 properties 7 doors total.  

It taught me that to become rich one must accumulate as many assets as possible while keeping your liabilities at a minimum.
