Unfortunately, I've found most people claiming to be wholesalers, don't really have good deals (just being honest), just marginal opportunities.If your end goal is to learn how to flip, then I would find out who the "players" are in my local market and find a way to add value to their business.

Because what once was an area with 70% of the housing stock being 2-4 units it is now less than 50% because developers are converting the 2-4 buildings to SFH and selling them to Cubs and Blackhawks players with kids who want to go to a top rated school.
