In LV the cost of traditional SFR is so affordable it competes with higher end mobile homes you're trying to sell.

My history is in factory built homes (modular/manufactured/mobile) and I deal with a lot of brand new hosuing units that are designed to be delivered to the areas where there is a demand for housing at a very cost-effective pricing.

I mean heck, I never thought I'd be sitting here considering mobile home investing as a viable option.
