They bought it fairly cheap, did a full remodel and now have it on airbnb.

An umbrella policy, if you own your primary residence is really cheap, over the top of a $300k landlord policy. 

I have a hard time believing the door and transom is going to be that cheap though.

So my answer is, if it’s qualify enough that it’s worth the time to reinstall somewhere then yeah, keep it, but like the other fellow said about the toilets, too cheap and so much over to install a new one that I wouldn’t save a used toilet. 

I have spoken to the previous tenant numerous times asking them to change their mailing address for all of their future packages;  I even called the local Fedex, UPS, USPS multiple to request stop delivery all packages to my rental property under that person's name, but packages are still keep on coming even now.  

With money being so cheap right now, it makes sense to invest in properties in a city like Austin where the growth is so explosive.

If you are in a $1M neighborhood and every other kitchen has granite counters, updated kitchen and stainless appliances, yeah you might have a tough time if you use cheap, plain white appliances and laminate with kitchen cabinets back from the 80’s...

I am honestly thinking about cashing out my IRA to just pay cash, but really don't want to be hit with such high fees especially when cash is so cheap. 

The title company may charge diff fees for stuff like delivery, but that's a nit.
