It is far past time for debating whether or not a recession will occur...that ship has sailed. 

I don't see it as being all grim or the quarantines and shutdowns lasting past end of April if people are distancing themselves as advised.The Spanish flu of 1918 was spread on over-packed ships and train cars that whistlestopped all over the country.

Pretty much every lease I've signed has a clause about complying with fed, state, and local ordinances as well as HOA covenants. 

It appears from the traffic that this so his kids can cut through to the cove behind us.Just for reference, he has broken several HOA covenants, but the HOA has proven to be toothless.
