I have a 10x8 shed that I use exclusively to store real estate materials and supplies.

Just shop around online, look for properties similar to yours, add them to favorites and watch them to see how long it takes for them to rent.

You can google it and request to join.

Your estate could still go through probate to determine how the LLC and other assets are distributed.You may be able to record a "transfer on death" deed for your property so it automatically transfers to another person when you die.

Investor pool seems way too small to fund this effort.

Purchase price: $365,000 Cash invested: $550,000 Bought to live in, forced some equity and was able to get out almost all of my cash. 2.3% interest rate!
