With contracts or other documents you can have copyright issues, the contract may be owned by the author and they may use the contract to facilitate a sale which they oversee.

So I'm trying to rent out a place right now, but the applicant is a senior citizen and doesn't have Internet, doesn't have cell phone, and I'm pretty sure doesn't know how to use a computer.Sites like MyRental.com and SmartMove.com all require the tenant to authorize their credit check by email.In my situation, what do I do?
