In May of this year, I reached out to a property management company I had worked with in the past to inform them that I had a property becoming available and to request a Lease Option Only service (essentially where they find a tenant and I self-manage from there).

To be clear, it is ok to say "this would hurt my pocket and I dislike it because I am self serving."

The earlier you recognize this, the better off you will be in the long run Exactly this is the kind of borrower that is a freaking nightmare and I personally would not even engage or write them back..
