In fact, we didn't even real a real retreat of prices &/or values. 

They’ve got various retreats and conferences scheduled and I believe are looking to create various levels eventually starting with the current one and then going up cost wise to a couple much higher level expensive ones.

Maybe they will but I haven't seen any independent coffee shops, yoga studios etc opening in those areas, not one, so you may have a long haul unless you open one yourself (which I always thought might be an interesting real estate value add strategy).

To do so, my husband and I take a retreat together at least once a year to discuss our real estate investment goals and plan for the coming year, as well as ten years out.

They all said nothing other than removing all food is a complete solution, you just have to keep re-treating every year or two, depending on how persistent.Allen

I'd be doing that and bringing in yoga instructors...then just sit back and watch.
