I have little issue purchasing investment properties, but have zero reasonable finance options on OO.Picture is of the gutted kitchen.I wish everyone accomplishes their goals related to their children.  

Agreed - wish the BP functionality was better on the events stuff - also would check out Meetup, facebook, eventbrite too
