We live well, have a nice house which I built from the ground up and saved 200k off the top. 

I have a sales background so I’ve been able to manage things well up until now, but with more properties and leads I’m hitting my limit.

I think that the serious investor should do everything to educate themselves as to accounting /tax issues as well as real estate law.
