Been seeing a lot of videos on YouTube about privy.

After watching a YouTube video from Ken McElroy stating 2020 is a wash, 2021 is the time to save up, and 2022 is likely the time to buy (when properties shift from motivated sellers to foreclosures to REO) I decided to redirect some recent Real Estate proceeds out of a 1031 into BTC.

I'm not sure how to articulate it but, basically this bit of knowledge saves me a bunch of time and kind of surprised it hasn't come up in any of the books, articles, or videos I've been learning from.

However there tends to one channel that competes more often and more aggressively on rates and fees and that is the broker channel. 

Check out any YouTube channel or blog, and you will see this is true.
