Since disney has announced parking fees will be inforced at their resorts , it has many vacationers upset and alternatives may be what they will be looking at.

I think having properties that can be converted to a long term rental if need be would help during a recession or choosing a place where there will be vacationers regardless of a recession would also be beneficial. 

Our goal is to be able to have it be rented out on a nightly or weekly basis to vacationers.

I'm from NYC and would live in this second home part-time, and will be renting it out for short term vacationers.

In Florida I assume you would have vacationers almost year round.. 

My thoughts were it'd be good to be close to heart of things to attract vacationers.

.), condos on PCB have been fully occupied, whether with vacationers or contractors in the area to do work. 

My concierge services are highly desired by vacationer too.

As an example:  Airbnb took it upon themselves to refund $ tens of millions to vacationers during COVID who had not purchased trip cancellation insurance.  

The only way I know of in which senior parks vary in FL versus other states is that many 55+ aged vacationers flock to FL during the winter months to avoid the cold up north.
