I really don't want to wait for it to happen and I don't think he's on any sort of meds.The rental situation in my area is pretty poor, almost everything is out of my price range and I love everything else about my household, but I'm already considering just biting the bullet and moving out because they're unwilling to deal with him.

All-in-all, the money, time and effort spent by good agents can be significant, so if the seller is truly unwilling to consider reasonable offers, the agent would be losing out.That said, an agent could tell the seller all this stuff and then just offer to list on the MLS and do nothing else.

In my markets, which include Atlanta and Charlotte, I have found most of the "turnkey" inventory to be overpriced by 10-15 percent because most of the sellers unwilling or unable to negotiate because they are top heavy on the deal.
