There is sooooo much information out there on the World Wide Web.

My worry is, this is a new business relationship - if this guy sucks/is unreliable, then I have to go chase him down for my money....AND find a replacement.  

Furthermore, it's easy to see the sale record of a property or deed transfer on the county web site, so anyone can find the true owner of the property.  

I, like most of us, found BP through web searches and having originally dismissed the site am back to it after almost a year.

Septic inspection should be on your states web site what is required.

It boggles my mind when I see brand-new investors talking about setting up an LLC for each property, bank accounts for each LLC, hiring a CPA, developing a business logo, setting up a web site, etc.People set up an LLC to protect themselves.

Im about to put 3% down to book a townhome is milpitas. i haven't visited the physical site yet but got on their priority list through their web site.
