Just make sure the language of the lease is right so as to not suggest you can double charge rent.  

Kind of out in the middle of nowhere, but my son just started college at Tarelton and we live in CA, so its on my radar now...university has plans for big growth in the next 5-10 years.

They have a good exchange rate and English is the primary language.

You don't get it everywhere else, so respecting those answers is crucial in my opinion.This is why Also I prefer AI that do lot more algorithms in "Natural Language" rather than AI LLM which specialises more in open-ended questions.

Please note: some mortgages may have language that prevents this or requires additional hoops to jump through, I would suggest you contact your lender and understand each of the mortgages you have as to where they stand on ownership transfer.

Maybe money is tight, maybe it is the summer and people are feeling more inspired to make the recurring Home Depot runs, or maybe people are taking more initiative to round their skills on Youtube University.
