It seems to help with mobile devices in my test environment.

That part of Vermont should garner you some great tenants, relatively cheap 3-4 family properties and be within easy reach for personal attention.There is a REIA meeting trying to gain some traction in your area as well.

We have quite a bit of traction now with investors in cities such Austin, Houston, Chicago, Memphis, Orlando, Miami, Philadelphia, Detroit and a few others.  

Then let the tenant plug their own router into that to distribute WIFI to their own devices. 

I went to a couple of REI meet ups - Traction and NoVA REIA at Tysons.  

The wi-fi is really cheap here about $60 per month and I was thinking about offering that as an incentive to my tenants but I spoke to on of the installers and he said multiple devices accessing the network would slow access to the cameras and that's the last thing I need.

What are the recommended devices to use?
