Can anyone recommend some companies with a track record like Praxis?

It's gotta grab people, draw them in, stop them in there searching tracks.

I’m based out of state so would be looking for a company that could assist with day-to-day issues as well as securing tenants.

As I grow I will hire a virtual assistant to take a few more tasks off my plate to allow me to live the same lifestyle. 

Only thing is it won't be easy to track especially if you have a 10 unit and all the rents are all $450 a month. 

Maybe you should give it a go as well.Jay would need to have his assistant do that. :) WEll the nice folks at BP help me with all my back end things that i need to get done they have set up my entire whatever you call it.. 

Look into FHA 203(k) loans for repairs and down payment assistance programs in your area.

Hiring an architect to assist you costs a few hundreds of EURs and they will check that the property is legal, they will take the right measures (in the end you often buying per m2) and guide you along the process.
