Spray knockdown texture on walls?

The covert lot I ran in Raleigh (up to 22 spaces, but we were never close to full) for our members as a 'revenue enhancer' was unattended, automated, easy to manage (handled a few calls a semester), and not a burden.

I doubt those investments would enhance refi appraisal that much.

Partner with them to enhance the livability of the neighborhood.

@Ray Johnson great question -- we research and select the best available third-party real estate technology  providers and enter into exclusive relationships to create tech-enabled funds which give us a unique competitive edge designed to enhance returns to investors.

What I expect is to further my business, be introduced to interesting people/opportunities (doesn't matter if I don't make any money) and to enhance my perceptive.
