In the Tax Sales and Sheriff Sales, its even worse as you usually can;t get inside, unless some other "investor" has already busted the door in. 

Bull***t, that only white people can reach while everyone else languishes at lower altitudes.

(In reality, the tenant overloaded with heavy items not meant to be stored in a kitchen cabinet, damaged the property as a result of their own negligence.) 

Maybe I misunderstood him or he meant something else, but I don't see how paying the same amount it would be regardless but just in 3 separate payments helps reduce the mortgage more than it would've been over time.
