I’m currently stationed in Camp Pendleton looking for other military members who are interested in investing in Texas, and will possibly be heading back to a Texas soon.

It was only a block or two away from a police station and was a 5.7% cap which had me cash flowing right away.

The whole game changes for the better (lender terms, interest rates, possibilities, partnerships, JVs, OPM, etc.) when you shift to commercial (5+ units).I looked at Bryan/College Station a few times and it fell through our buying criteria having less than 250K in population.

I am looking for investor-minded 1) realtor and 2) lender recommendations in the Bryan / College Station area.

His young son's got a "work station" at his shop and is his "right hand man". 

I am currently stationed at Joint Base Charleston it would be phenomenal to possibly bounce ideas of one another and share knowledge.

I've moved to South Carolina about 6 months ago and am now here stationed at Shaw.

Currently my husband is AD and we have never bought a home due largely to being stationed overseas and in very expensive areas.

I'm currently in the military stationed overseas and frankly this is not what I’m cut out for.

If its not the tenants and no one else has ever come looking for it , I would say its yours  You don't think he should take it to his local police station then.
