For future reference, there is nothing wrong with going off of Airbnb but you need a guest agreement, lease, whatever works best for your state's laws.

It's an innovative program, but seems like an over-complicated solution rather than just waiting for the moratoriums to be lifted and proceed was foreclosures and evictions.

It may be too late.yup stop payment.. also for future reference if you cant pay cash for these kind of educational events don't do it.how are you going to do business if you have to charge this to even get started.. this is the very thing that really bugs me about the real estate education sector in the US>. talking people to go into credit card debt when they know full well only 10% or less of folks that try this or any kind of wholesaling / flipping/ notes / lending etc will do anything .. and especially if you have no capital.

Being listed on multiple OTA allows users that use alternate OTAs to see your STR and could provide a higher ADR even if you end up lower ranked of the OTAs.Basically it comes down to having all your eggs in a single basket and is too risky for my liking.i am one of those STR owners that corrects anyone that refers to my STR or STR business as an AirBnB.

I am not sure about the RE laws in the market you are referring too however in the State of WI if there is a property a seller does not perform on contractually, before expiration we have our attorney draft a notice of interest into that property and file it with the county.
