Unfortunately, we live in a sue-happy society where people take no personal responsibility for their actions.

I looked into a block improvement project in Wilson and got lots of potential partners such as Habitat for humanity, Bk of Am, BB't. and city preservation society.  

Time heals all wounds and memories fade with time and so much of the capitalist society is based on Property ownership it will become a good investment again.

In a "economic collapse" if we degenerate to a barter society, the counterparties with whom you trade must accept what you trade with them and both side must agree that the trade is fair.

We live in a society that loves litigation.  

( I enjoy the Non Profit world as it helps the less fortunate of our society).

The people who have done nothing but dismiss whatever is happening with our government and our society because they are too lazy to think will sit back like brainless sheep and be led to slaughter.

Society has made us out to be the greedy, scum sucking, 1%er, slumlords.

In our day, this is not true- the least expensive goods are often imported, and thus taxing imports would place a heavy burden upon the poorest in society.

This is especially true with our payment myopic society and the spend-till-it-ends culture.
