Buckeye sounds really interesting especially since it looks like it’s backed by one of Bill Gate’s investment companies .http://www.businessinsider.com/bill-gates-smart-city-pros-cons-arizona-urban-planners-2017-11Looks like they bought the land around $7500 acre .It makes sense more people are moving out of CA to Arizona and other lower cost lower taxed states .

Dear friends,Please give me suggestion.I am from Armenia and a lot of members of our society think that per day renting process has many disadvantages , because tenants can injure the apartment.Is it beneficial that rent the apartment and give it on airbnb for per day?

And is this in an urban area or in suburbs.. a lot of factors..

Urban areas of mid sized cities are my preference for that because they are close to jobs, shopping etc but I also need to get a feel and vibe for the area so I don't end up in a high crime neighborhood where nobody is safe leaving their home just to get the mail or walk to their car. 

Hi Andrew - I have used a small surveying shop in Pittsboro but I doubt they would work in Raleigh or be right for a more urban context.

you are better off pay it off ASAP so you have more cash flow.Is this a class C or below urban neighborhood.
