Working on my own mindset shifts from viewing success as a final destination but more as levels with it’s own set of new challenges and objectives.

I work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week with an early retirement, so i want something to do on the side that will turn into my new job at 40.

@Kevin Sobilo Well, you can here in Colorado by shifting to transaction broker, but it is not ever recommended from a liability and ethics standpoint. 

If you’re planning on holding the property for a long time and betting on appreciation, consider how you’ll manage market downturns or potential shifts in the local economy.

Anything can happen: the market can shift, we can go into another extended lockout period, the property can be destroyed by a natural disaster or by vandalism, the list of contingencies is endless.

Using an LLC is very easy and should be seamless with a DSCR refi loan.

It seems Kris cares far more about helping people have mental shifts and re-framing negative situations than he does spamming relatives on social media about why they need to be apart of his down line.

I am already seeing industry shifting towards both models. 

This is interesting because this is how it all began, the intentional culture shift.  

I wouldn't necessarily call myself new to real estate, however I am wanting to expand and shift directions a bit.
