Delayed gratification...it and success are directly correlated.

I recently had a tenant vacate a townhouse and during a walk through prior to their leaving a noticed court documents from a neighboring county informing my tenant that his charges for "aggravated sexual battery" were being dropped.  

Unfortunately for those investors interested in "trying to do things differently" you will ultimately be steam rolled over by those of us that achieve maximum gratification exclusively by being into this "just to make money".

You have to have the ability to keep that end goal in mind and not be impatient.It takes discipline, and time, and people want instant gratification.

Do you want cash flow now or are these long term investments that you are comfortable having delayed gratification on through appreciation because it is in an A+ area?

No one has ever (credibly) claimed that this exposes us to any liability.I have never heard anyone claim that "non-veteran" or "non-military" is a protected class of persons, the way "single mother" (marital status) or "Latino" (race) or "gay" (sexual orientation) are protected classes of persons. 

Best advice when you are young and starting out is to live off of nothing, work your a$$ off, and delay gratification.

Most people fail because they want instant gratification. 

In addition, no person shall be denied the benefit of the rights afforded by this paragraph on account of that person's sexual orientation.

Sometimes I do get frustrated as like everyone I also want instant gratification, but it's the long term thinking that has allowed me to push through those weak moments.
