Localities qualify as opportunity zones if they have been nominated for that designation by the state and that nomination has been certified by the Secretary of the U.S.

I even went online and got copies of our LLC from the Secretary of State website...found out we have 2 LLC’s.

The secretary said she would check to see if it's their property, but they never called back.

@Scott Smith You can certainly deed any properties you want to the series LLC, but how are you going to register it with the secretary of state in a foreign state. 

I look up the company on the secretary of state site and sometimes its there but most of the time it's not.
