Many times when we speak of Real Estate Investing we DO mean being the role of an Investor NOT a Business Operator. ie others to do ALL the day-2-day operations of EVERYTHING with it.

@Joni Martin,I'd do some research on what the gentlemen's role was with Morris Invest. 

The LLC operating agreement should spell out each of your roles and make clear you are the decision making partner and he is the silent partner.

So our expectation of how we establish relationships and the roles of realtors, inspectors,....
