What a person calls oneself does not directly reflect on their level of expertise or how great their advice is. 

He could do an exchange in to a NNN lease, but if that’s not his field of expertise expect a lower income with his deuces work.

With passive investing, you get to reap all of the rewards without needed to put in nearly as much work.

Do the advantages of state-specific expertise offset the added complexity of having multiple CPAs?
