It is my belief as a novice investor as well that we need a win first.

I have a belief that being with a big brand name company gives you more respect in the marketplace, and thus adds more weight and credibility to your offers.

I'm a fellow newbie who's been listening to the podcasts religiously over the past few months since I first found BP. 

They will also be able to confirm or refute your beliefs of the area based on your preliminary research.Hope this gives you a jumping off point.I wish you much success. 

Dreams and starry eyes.You will find many even on this forum that still lack the discipline and knowledge to operate a business.Also although many are comfortable in the belief that real estate investing is low risk bankruptcies occur every day from bad choices or bad luck.

And yet you persist in your belief that Google is as good as law school.

Then it is more general and falls in the category of  excessive religious, political, or other decorations or putting up recreational equipment when it is not their space.

If talking about such things makes me a target for them then that furthers my belief  it's a cause that needs to be championed.

I have been listening to BP podcasts religiously the last few weeks, only taking a break now that I got The Millionaire Real Estate Investor audiobook; I'm about 2/3 through it, and it seems to be a wealth of priceless info as well.
